I'm not entirely certain how this would work within the rules - but the basic concept is this.

Step 1: Cast Aura without a target.
Step 2: Cascade into target.
Step 3: Somehow place the Aura onto the target.

I think you'd have to exile the Aura, Cascade, then attach the Aura.

So the wording would most likely have to be:

Induce - Exile ~, then exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost, then put ~ onto the battlefield attached to it. Put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order.

The problem then is - is there enough space remaining on the card for actual rules text?

Anything that mitigates Aura's card disadvantage should be considered. Here's a similar implementation:

Green Induce Aura 2G
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant Creature
Induce 2G (2G: reveal the top card of your library. If it's a creature card, you may cast it, then put this onto the battlefield attached to that creature.)
Enchanted creature gets +2/+2

Awesome idea. Here's my template

Become Mighty 2G
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant Creature
Enchanted creature gets +2/+2.
Become 2GG (2GG: Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card with CMC less than ~. Put it OTB. Put ~ OTB attached to that creature.)

Whether it's in the keyword or in paying for the revealed creature, the cost to 'cascade' has to be higher than the default cost or there will very rarely be any reason not to use it and get a free creature.

Another possiblity:
Become 3 (You may cast ~ without a target. If you do, reveal the top 3 cards of your library. You may cast a creature card among them. If you do, put ~ OTB attached to that creature. Otherwise, return ~ to your hand?)
